Aviation Authority (PCAA) is a state-owned independent organization that
monitors and regulates all facets of civil aviation in Pakistan. It is under
the administrative responsibility of the Secretary to the Government of
Pakistan for Aviation. The headquarters of PCAA are located in Karachi's Jinnah
International Airport's Terminal 1. The International Civil Aviation
Organization counts PCAA as one of its member nations. The PCAA owns and runs
nearly all 44 civil airports in Pakistan.
