The Airports Security Force (ASF) is a federal airport security force organization that reports
to Pakistan's Secretary to the Government for Aviation and is in charge of guarding
Pakistan's airports, facilities, and aircraft (on the ground or in the air).
ASF protects Pakistan's airports and the civil aviation sector from
unauthorized intrusions by implementing counterterrorism policies, reducing
crime, and upholding law and order on airport property. There are 8,945 people
employed by the ASF.
